As the sons of a butcher, we feel it is essential to continue the family tradition of high quality products. By revealing and enhancing these products through contemporary cuisine, we can associate them with surprising wines without losing sight of our burgundian roots.
From varying backgrounds, we each bring a different point of view and create a work atmosphere which combines ambition, curiosity and open-mindedness. We are grateful towards those whose experience contributes quality and substance to our project.
In charge of two wine cellars Pierre and Vincent, brothers with differing experiences, will invite you to explore and exchange views. At our place you can sample local wines or cross the frontiers of Burgundy...
The salon : 12 to 14 people. Located on the first floor, it can be made exclusive. The view over the village main square and the burgundian decor of this room gives it a family atmosphere.
The St Vincent room : 15 to 24 people. Located above the wine cellar, it opens onto the town hall square and the quaint pedestrian Poids du Roy street. Its atmosphere is strongly influenced by the delicatessen shop of which it is an extension. Wrought iron and oak wood give it character.
The Millésimes : 45 to 50 people. You are greeted by a large fireplace. Comfortably settled in an armchair, you can contemplate through large bay-windows the pedestrian street swarming with people. The main wine cellar is beneath you, and the turmoil of the kitchens just behind you.
