Wine has often brought our family together for meals or journeys. This common passion has grown with time and has given a meaning to our careers Pierre obtained his diplomas in Tain l’Hermitage. He went to work in London, a market open to wines from all over the world, then moved on to Dublin where he created a Michelin starred restaurant and gained the title of best national sommelier. On returning to France, Pierre joined his brother Vincent, France’s second best young sommelier, who graduated from the Tours school and trained with Paul Bocuse for two years.
